13th May 2020 – Assistance to business reopening after Covid 19

While drafting my own office’s Covid-19 reopening policy, it occurred to me that every business that closed their doors would now be doing the same. I have decided to offer small businesses in Waterford an entirely FREE OF CHARGE call to discuss what they should consider and some guidance for putting a policy in place for their staff and customers. It is intended to be a guide only and should not replace legal advice which some businesses may need. I hope to help you sift through the jargon. Reading through the government’s Return to Work Safely Protocol and finding where your business fits is not an easy task. Every business is different and how each business will deal with the reopening will be different too.  It’s our way to help get Waterford businesses back on their feet. If you wish to avail of this, please email below and we can schedule a suitable time for a phone call.

21st April 2020 – Covid 19 Update

I began writing this post to reassure our clients that it’s business as usual, but of course, it is anything but business as usual…  It’s a difficult and frightening time for everyone but I have to say that I’m incredibly humbled by the support I’ve received from our clients and the Waterford public in general. I’m so proud to see so many groups and volunteers pulling together to help each other to get through this. I feel it’s vital to buy local whenever possible and try to support Waterford businesses to get back on their feet. We have an incredible city, full of kind, hard working people and when tested, we are rising to the challenge. I want to extend a massive thank you to my team for their creativity and loyalty working remotely during these strange times. We’ve had a busy few weeks to say the least... Over the last month we have been providing phone and online consultations, meeting clients in car parks, outside their homes and even signing documents through car windows! So, while our doors are closed, we are fully contactable by email or phone for all legal services and there is a hub of activity behind the scenes. We have adapted our methods a little, but the commitment to our clients will not waiver. We hope everyone is staying safe, stay apart and we can get through this together.

15th March 2020 – Covid 19 Update

To all our clients and colleagues, we are all aware of the ongoing situation regarding the COVID19 virus. In an effort to keep our clients, staff and their families safe, we are postponing all non urgent meetings and would ask people not to attend the office. We are fully contactable by phone and email and will continue to provide legal services to all clients. If we stay apart, we can get through this together. Stay safe.
