Mediation

As well as being a full-service legal firm, we also offer a professional mediation service.

What is Mediation?

Mediation is an alternative to litigation. It is a voluntary, independent and consensus driven means of resolving disputes. The primary goal is to bring disagreeing parties together in such a way that enables the constructive and amicable resolution of disputes. This is done outside of the Courts system but in accordance with the law. The agreement can be legally binding or not.
