When I contacted Suzanne first it was on a Friday evening of a bank holiday weekend. I was shopping around for conveyancing prices and basically emailed every solicitor I could find on Google. From some I got a standard automated reply saying they would get back to me, from others I got a reply after a few days asking me to phone them or to book a time for them to phone me so they could tell me the prices over the phone. What impressed me immediately with Suzanne is that she took the time personally to email me within an hour and laid out exact pricing in an email, she took time out of her bank holiday weekend to make my life easier, I didn’t have to call her for further info or book a phone appointment, it was laid out in the very first email. Her price was extremely competitive when compared to all the others I received. Throughout the whole process she was so helpful, friendly and genuine. She kept us informed with great communication, we were never stuck waiting for a response. She offered us great advice and assistance and truly went above and beyond to get us the keys to our home in time.
