What Our Clients Say

Property, Conveyancing & Mortgages

I am based in Dublin and purchased a property in Waterford. Suzanne Parker came highly recommended. I was extremely pleased with the support and service throughout the entire process. Suzanne communicates legalese in a way that can be understood, stays connected and is responsive. It was a pleasure to work with Suzanne and I would highly recommend Parker Law Solicitors and plan to use their services for future purchases.

When I contacted Suzanne first it was on a Friday evening of a bank holiday weekend. I was shopping around for conveyancing prices and basically emailed every solicitor I could find on Google. From some I got a standard automated reply saying they would get back to me, from others I got a reply after a few days asking me to phone them or to book a time for them to phone me so they could tell me the prices over the phone. What impressed me immediately with Suzanne is that she took the time personally to email me within an hour and laid out exact pricing in an email, she took time out of her bank holiday weekend to make my life easier, I didn’t have to call her for further info or book a phone appointment, it was laid out in the very first email. Her price was extremely competitive when compared to all the others I received. Throughout the whole process she was so helpful, friendly and genuine. She kept us informed with great communication, we were never stuck waiting for a response. She offered us great advice and assistance and truly went above and beyond to get us the keys to our home in time. I can’t speak highly enough of Suzanne and the service she provided us and my wife, kids and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in need of a solicitor!!

Every question I had, I just rang her and she looked into it and gave me a clear answer. Emails were answered within no time. Suzanne did the conveyancing work for us back in November and we can’t recommend her highly enough. In fact, we have told all our family and friends about her exceptional service and they have since engaged her. So many people had told us that going through the buying and mortgage process would be so stressful and genuinely this couldn’t have been further from the truth when dealing with Suzanne. From start to finish we were sitting in our new home within 6 weeks! There were no bumps along the way, everything was streamlined. Having a little 10-month old, working full-time and living in Tipperary made signing paperwork and doing a Will tricky, however, Suzanne was always ready to accommodate us and was willing to drive to meet us. We would definitely say she operates a family friendly practice. Thanks for all your help, Suzanne.

Suzanne from Parker Law is just amazing! We were fortunate to have her deal with our house purchase, and she couldn't have been more accommodating, friendly and patient with us. The communication was top notch throughout the process. She went to great lengths to make sure we were happy with the contract terms, and was able to secure an early closing date for us. My husband has also worked with Suzanne on writing business contracts, so I know she's knowledgeable in several areas of law. I look forward to working with her again!

I would highly recommend Suzanne at Parker Law. She dealt with our purchase for us and the whole process was seamless. She kept us informed at every stage, taking the time to explain everything and answer any (probably stupid) questions we had as well as spotting things that we wouldn't have and making valuable suggestions. I would say that her experience, knowledge, professionalism and sheer capability make her a fantastic solicitor while her engaging manner and patience made the whole transaction go very smoothly. She is the solicitor I will be dealing with if I need advice again. A pleasure to deal with from start to finish - I can't speak highly enough about our whole experience.
