ParkerLaw Bursary awarded to Emily Lundy

The ParkerLaw Bursary 2023 has been awarded to Emily Lundy, a final year Bachelor of Laws’ student in SETU (Waterford). Suzanne Parker, Principal Solicitor at ParkerLaw made the presentation in SETU Waterford last week. Suzanne expressed her delight in continuing the ParkerLaw Bursary for 2023 and congratulated Emily on being a worthy recipient of the award.

Dr. Michael Bergin, Head of the Department of Law and Criminal Justice at SETU Waterford, also offered his congratulations to Emily on being the recipient of this prestigious bursary for 2023. He noted that not only had Emily outstanding academic results, but she was also a very committed undergraduate ambassador for the Department and an officer of the Student Law Society.

In expressing the Department’s gratitude to ParkerLaw he stated “in addition to this generous bursary, ParkerLaw has offered a remunerated internship to a second-year law student this Summer and is also participating in the Criminal Justice Degree placement programme. We recognise and acknowledge the commitment involved in offering these opportunities to our undergraduates and are very grateful to Suzanne and the team at ParkerLaw.”
