I was so nervous, but everyone was so helpful and welcoming. I have built up good relationships with staff members and clients. I really enjoy watching our clients going through the journey of becoming home owners. You can come cross many twists and turns along the road but the feeling you get when you call the clients to tell them their keys are ready for collection makes it all worthwhile. I had previously worked in the hospitality industry for over twenty years but was ready for the next chapter.
